The fact that the majority of battles were between dragons made every citizen think they would find away from cities.
No army would be involved and no houses destroyed. But they were wrong...

Graix hated Konrand and everyone who was against how to lead the dragons.
Cities were his main priority. To leave ashes and bones behind him to make Konrnad feel the pain of his realm getting destroyed.

As a result, Konrand decided to arrest everyone who would help the enemy in any way.
And with a big surprise many of them were nobles. They provided the enemy with gold, weapons and connections to other kings and queens.

The executions started again. Maybe this would make them change their mind and stop helping the wrong side.
But who was really wrong here ?

The news arrived in Akasuna. And those who wanted to take revenge for the past events were glad to help Graix.
Many soldiers who left their duties and became deserters were hiding.
But there was a big interest from everyone. And the council of Braitheld was blind to see that coming. They lost the continent in no time.

They marched through the dunes and the desert. Thousands of them and hungry for war.
Their morale was boosted with the presence of the dragons. Sure some feared them but knowing they were with their side they even forgot the enemy had dragons too.

While everyone sensed there would be a huge battle that would take part and decide their fates and they started preparing their armies and making plans, Konrand thought it would be a good idea if he could ask the help of the past.

He heard about a sorcerer that could predict what would happen. Maybe if he would lose he could change the outcome by asking details of what would happen exactly and do the other way.

There were not many rumors. But he managed to locate the sorcerer.
He was in a tower, in the middle of mountains. Very difficult to go on foot or with a steed but they had dragons.
When he arrived there with his men he saw lights. He walked slowly upstairs but there was none in the room.

" I was waiting for you... "

He drew his sword and turned to face the sorcerer. But there was none there. When the voice spoke again he found him. He was in a skull ball.
Probably was trapped in there for an eternity as a ' payment ' of his dark deeds. But he was there and he could talk. And the fact that he was waiting for him meant he could still predict the future.

- " I know why you're here, dragon rider "
- " Then tell me... Amon "
- " You want to know if you will win this "

Konrand walked towards the skull ball. He knew Amon was teasing him and that made him angry.

- " Just tell me already and i will let you rust here "
" You think I will stay forever in this room ? You're wrong and then you will pray to not have meet me... "

He drew his sword and pointed it to him.

" Just tell me or you will regret it! "
" You want to know what will happen ? Everyone will die... "

Amon started chuckling and then Konrand smashed the skull with his sword. There was an explosion that completely destroyed the west wall.
The spirit had the form of a mist in purple and then vanished. He was free to choose a form and re-born.

His men ran upstairs with their weapons drawn. One of the commanders asked Konrnand what happened.
He slowly turned his head to them and said " We're going to war "
