During their next council meeting Aliphera took part. Konrand told her everything that happened. She didn't agree completely with their decision to execute a dragon but she was fully against of what Graix did.
They all decided they did a mistake to tame dragons and not their riders too.
They had to be under control and reform their guild. New leadership, new rules and have more eyes on them.
 

Konrand was still bitter with that but there was no other way. He was a dragon rider after all, the very first of them. He wouldn't someone else to set more rules of what he can do. But he was responsible for the realm

 

That day he talked with Aliphera more. She told him she was trained to perform magic by a wizard who know ancient secrets.
Of course the next question he did was if she could use magic in case of an emergency. Against their enemies. But when Aliphera asked who could be their enemy Konrand said nothing.

It was obvious he meant other dragon riders. A possible civil war that could have the worse casualties.
 

The she-elf didn't like where this were going and Kornand decided to leave.
He took his dragon and went for a ride to clean his mind, see the beauty of the mountains with the only noises being the wind and the dragon's wings.

 

Mainwhile one of the most north-west fortress were many weapons were kept there was under attack.
 

Graix took his men and the dragons and burnt it to the ground.
They even destroyed the weapons. None survived and no dragons were harmed. This gave him courage.

Why he did it ? As a retaliation
What did this mean ? A civil war declaration...
