The Isilendor Calendar

World of Legends is set in the continent of Isilendor and operates on its own calendar. As this blog is posted, we are in the 31st year of the New Era (NE) and the month of Euri. There are 5000 years of recorded history from the Old Era (OE) and World of Legends launched in the first year of the New Era. The New Era is marked by the peace treaty signed between the 4 realms after an 800 year old war.

There are 11 months in the year on the Isilendor calendar, with each month being marked by a real life week (Monday to Sunday).

In Isilendor, the year starts and ends in Winter and the months go as follows:

• Week 1: Macharoth (Winter)
• Week 2: Verglacia (Winter)
• Week 3: Eostren (Spring)
• Week 4: Euri (Spring)
• Week 5: Maeveth (Spring)
• Week 6: Eldasun (Summer)
• Week 7: Garna (Summer)
• Week 8: Airmidoth (Summer)
• Week 9: Rhidan (Autumn/Fall)
• Week 10: Tephir (Autumn/Fall)
• Week 11: Neve (Winter)
