About Bestiary Studies

What creatures should you look out for when wandering the forests of Eldathren or the Akasuna desert? Which beasts can be tamed and kept as companions? Bestiary Studies is the place to learn all this and more. This course could be the difference between life.. and being devoured by a hungry dragon.

By joining the lessons, you will learn all there is to know about the beasts of Isilendor and which ones to avoid. You will learn about the habitats and environments they thrive in, as well as the creatures that keep to specific realms.

At the end of the course you will be able to acquire The Bestiary Studies Mastery Certificate.

Task: Roll for Bestiary Studies

Complete ONE Bestiary Studies assignment using ONE of the below prompts.

Message Victariah Rauxilfen who will roll a 20-sided dice (d20). The result will determine your prompt.

Below Rank Task

In the candlelit hall of the Hall of Attainment, parchment maps and preserved creature bones line the stone walls while rain taps softly against windows. The Skill Master assigns you a field study before the next moonrise: choose one creature from the Bestiary archives and document its habitat, diet, temperament, and known weaknesses. Include at least one firsthand account or sketch. Accuracy is prized, but survival is preferred.
  • Write an RPG text where you identify a beast from the Hall of Attainment. You must use a beast from World of Legends.
  • Describe it's habitat, diet and behaviour.
  • Describe your experience tracking and finding the beast.
  • How did you survive the encounter?
  • Send the completed entry to Victariah Rauxilfen

The Rules

  • After you have completed the assignment, message Victariah Rauxilfen.
  • The assignment does not need to be graded beforehand.
  • The assignment must meet lesson requirements (eg. format, questions answered).

  • Entry must be submitted by Monday 1st June at midnight.

The Prize
