" I didn't make Gordon cry. He made himself cry. It was his choice... "

Hmmm, food *drools*

Food is the best thing. Helps you fill this hole you have inside and of course your anxiety, as well.
It can be interesting too. They say you eat with your eyes, so you have to be creative and cook a dish in your own style to impress around.

Today i'm gonna show you three of the common foods they used to have, back in those times.
And my apologise if i'll make you feel hungry I regret nothing, I would do it again.

~ Stew ~

Stew is definitely a dish that can fill your stomach for the whole day !

Personally I love a good stew during winter. And you can make with everything you have, but putting meat it's the best one.
Peasants used to have stew and they were served at inns, taverns and even within rich families.

We can say it was a common thing for everyone to have. And keep you warm, happy and full.

~ Bread ~

Ah, bread.
I love when I pass by a bakery and I smell the fresh baked bread, till the next block.

Bread was used daily and even when peasants felt hungry they had some bread, until their main lunch or dinner.
Very easy to make, in different styles and tastes but couldn't last very long, like nowadays. Because they didn't have to add preservatives.

~ Vegetables ~

I'm sure there's no need to guess about vegetables.

Back in medieval times there were many farmers. And meat could be difficult to afford. What you plant you could eat it. And that was the basic food for peasants, citizens and noble families, if they had a good cook to make them something fancy.

Soups were the most common or even raw like a salad. And they are healthy.

That's all folks !
Don't forget to mention your thoughts below and can't wait to see you next time !!!
